Terms of Service for Bassu Home Care Services

By accessing and using the services of Bassu Home Care Services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Bassu Home Care Services provides in-home care for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and people with chronic illnesses across Goa. This includes but is not limited to personalized care plans, medical support, and assistance with daily living activities. The primary goal of our services is to ensure comfort, independence, and well-being for individuals in need of home-based healthcare. We are committed to delivering high-quality and compassionate care in the comfort of your home.

Our services are available to individuals across Goa. Clients must meet the necessary health and safety requirements to receive care. Specific eligibility will be assessed upon consultation. All services rendered are subject to applicable fees, which are disclosed upfront during the consultation process. Payment is required in advance for staff salaries and services. No deposit is required. Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information related to their health and medical history. This ensures that the care plan is tailored to their specific needs. Failure to provide this information may impact the quality of care provided. Your privacy is important to us. We adhere to a strict privacy policy and will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Our full privacy policy can be accessed separately.

Bassu Home Care Services provides care in non-medical and medical capacities. However, we do not perform emergency medical procedures, and we encourage clients to seek professional healthcare providers for emergencies. We maintain strict health and safety protocols for all our caregivers and clients. Any health and safety concerns should be reported immediately, and we reserve the right to suspend services if safety is compromised.

All caregivers employed by Bassu Home Care Services are carefully screened, trained, and qualified to provide the best possible care. This includes background checks, medical certifications, and ongoing professional development. Clients can cancel services with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. In the case of a last-minute cancellation, a cancellation fee may be charged.

In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. Any unresolved disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of Goa, India. Bassu Home Care Services reserves the right to modify or update the terms and services offered at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.

All content, branding, and intellectual property associated with Bassu Home Care Services are protected by copyright laws. Reproduction or unauthorized use of this material is prohibited. Bassu Home Care Services is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.

By using our services, clients consent to the terms outlined in this agreement. If at any point you disagree with the terms, you may opt to discontinue services. Bassu Home Care Services reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if the client is found in breach of these terms. Termination can also occur if a client's safety is compromised or if payment is not received. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Goa, India. Any legal action or proceedings must be carried out in the appropriate courts in Goa.

Bassu Home Care Services communicates with clients via email, phone, or other means regarding appointments, billing, and service-related matters. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information. Bassu Home Care Services may update these Terms of Service as needed. Any updates will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Bassu Home Care Services is not liable for any failure to deliver services due to unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback on the services rendered. Reviews will be considered as part of our continuous improvement process.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual if we believe that we are unable to meet their care needs or if their behavior compromises the safety of our staff. For any medical emergencies, clients should call emergency services immediately. Bassu Home Care Services is not equipped to handle emergency medical situations. Our services are available 24/7 across Goa. Specific availability times will be agreed upon during the consultation process.

These Terms of Service are non-transferable. Clients may not transfer their rights or obligations under this agreement to third parties. Bassu Home Care Services complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws related to healthcare services, ensuring that we operate within the legal framework. Bassu Home Care Services may occasionally use third-party services or suppliers to assist with specific healthcare needs. These services will be clearly communicated to clients before implementation.

We prioritize the safety of our clients and caregivers. All staff members are trained to handle safety protocols, and we regularly review these protocols to ensure they are up to date. While we strive to provide comprehensive care, there are certain limitations to the services we offer. For complex medical conditions, additional medical support may be required. We monitor and assess the quality of care regularly to ensure that the services we provide are of the highest standard. Clients will be contacted periodically to assess their satisfaction.

Billing for services will be done on a monthly basis. Any discrepancies in billing should be reported within 15 days for resolution. In cases where services are modified, clients will be notified in advance. Modifications may include changes in the caregiving schedule or types of services offered. Either party may terminate the agreement with proper notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled.
