In case you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, than this would make you ineligible for a refund.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bassu Homecare Services LLP ("we," "us," or "our") strives to provide excellent customer service. Our cancellation and refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and returns.

Cancellation Terms:

  • Immediate Cancellation: Requests made immediately after placing an order may be considered, provided the order has not been communicated to vendors/merchants.

  • Perishable Items: Cancellation requests for perishable items (flowers, eatables, etc.) will not be accepted. However, refunds/replacements may be offered if product quality is deemed unsatisfactory.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Report damages/defects to our Customer Service team within same day of receipt. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

  • Product Discrepancy: Notify us within same day of receipt if the product differs from website descriptions or expectations.

Refund Process:

  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 1-2 Days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the full amount or partial amount, depending on the circumstance.

Return Policy:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may apply.

Warranty Claims:
